When you shop on the OTOMAR Yedek Parça website, we protect the privacy of your information and the security of your payment. This page summarizes what you need to know about transaction security and your payment information. See the KVKK privacy notice for the processing of personal data.

Payment security

• Your card details are not stored on our site; payment is taken through the bank's virtual POS infrastructure.
• Card payments are verified by the cardholder's bank with 3D Secure.
• The entire site is served over an encrypted SSL (https) connection.
• Your card number, expiry date and security code (CVV) do not appear in e-mails, records or support screens; only the masked number (first 6 and last 4 digits) is visible.

Account security

Your password is stored with one-way encryption; we cannot see it. Do not share your password with anyone. If you notice suspicious activity on your account, report it to bilgi@otomar.com.tr.

Sharing of your information

Your personal information is not sold to third parties for any purpose other than sales. It is shared with cargo companies, banks and payment institutions to the extent necessary to fulfil the order, and with authorized public institutions where there is a legal obligation.
