Right of withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the date you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. You can send your withdrawal notice to bilgi@otomar.com.tr or through the "My Orders" page in your account.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused, not installed, and in a resalable condition.
• The product must be sent back in its original packaging, together with any accessories and the invoice.
• The product must be sent to us within 10 days after the withdrawal notice.

Refund

After the product reaches us, the refund is made within 14 days at the latest, using the payment method you used.

Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

The exceptions in Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation apply; for example, products prepared according to the consumer's wishes or custom-made for the person, and products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

Defective products

Your optional rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502 are reserved for defective products.
