Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier after your payment is confirmed. For products that are out of stock or have a lead time, the time is stated on the product page.
The carrier's delivery time varies depending on your location. Once the order is handed to the carrier, the tracking number is sent to you by e-mail.
Inspect the package when you receive it. Do not accept a damaged package, or ask the courier to draw up a damage report.
